Complaints Handling Procedure

Morgan Williams is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We ask that you submit your complaint in writing to make sure that we have a full understanding of the reasons for your complaint.

We will consider your complaint as quickly as possible, and will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 days. Within 21 days of receipt of your written complaint, we will write to you to inform you of the outcome of the investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been or will be taken.
