    South of England requirement for 8,000 sq ft - 12,000 sq ft on retail parks or stand alone Out of Town units with parking.

    Retained North of the River Thames to include Home Counties and Essex. 1,000 - 2,500 sq ft in busy High Street, Shopping Centre or Out of Town locations. Flexible in terms of configuration. Existing A2 consent or potential to achieve A2 consent.

  • Card-Factory

    Card Factory is seeking Out of Town Retail Park units as part of its 2019 & 2020 acquisition requirement of 50 new stores.

    Pods or inline terrace units considered – 1,200 sq ft - 4,000 sq ft - in major Retail / Shopping Parks with fashion adjacencies or neighbourhood schemes with discount food stores, major four grocers or multiple discounters.

    Retained across the United Kingdom to secure "hotlight stores" and "fresh shops".

    The hotlight stores extend to approximately 3,600 sq ft and are generally located on retail parks/leisure parks/busy arterial routes in major cities.

    The fresh shops comprise of; 300 sq ft kiosks or 1,000 sq ft in-line retail units.

    Units required in all major cities across the UK on busy thoroughfares, transport hubs or shopping centres.

    Retained throughout the United Kingdom to secure drive-thru restaurant on retail parks, leisure parks and busy arterial routes. Seeking either 0.5 acre sites or alternatively bespoke leasehold units extending to 3,500-4,000 sq ft.

    Retained throughout the United Kingdom to secure freestanding restaurant units on retail parks and leisure parks.

    Poundland are looking for units of 5,000-10,000 sq ft on Out of Town schemes Nationwide. Morgan Williams advise Poundland specifically on new acquisitions to the East of the Country, from the Scottish Borders to the South Coast. Temporary or Permanent leases considered.
